Already trained? This is your class, not just for competitors. Mornings at 07:30 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, evenings at 19:00 Monday to Wednesday and Friday, plus Saturday at 10:00.

Kids class
For ages 7 to 12. Kids learn through games, coached with patience. The first class is free, and a parent can stay and watch. Wednesday at 17:00 and Saturday at 09:00.

Your first class
I've never trained. Can I come?
Yes. Start with the beginner class, every weekday at 18:00. Reviewers call Caelus beginner friendly, and your first class is free.
Do I need to be fit first?
No. Come as you are. The beginner class is for people who are new to this, and your fitness builds as you train.
What should I bring?
Comfortable sports clothes with no zips or pockets, such as a T-shirt or rashguard and shorts, plus water and a small towel. We train no-gi, so you don't need a gi.
I have an old injury. Can I still train?
Often, yes. Tell the coach about it before class. If it is recent or serious, check with your doctor first.
Kids
Is there a class for my kids?
Yes. The kids class is for ages 7 to 12, on Wednesday at 17:00 and Saturday at 09:00. No experience needed. The first class is free, and a parent can stay and watch.
Joining
Do I have to sign up for months?
No. You can pay per class: a drop-in is Rp150k. Monthly and longer plans are in the price list above.
